With a more than 20 percent vacancy rate for office space in the greater Milwaukee area, it's hard to imagine many developers taking a chance in the city's anemic downtown market. But the owners of the Schlitz Park office complex are pumping $30 million into renovating the site to attract new tenants and add jobs. Developer Gary Grunau is the co-owner of Schlitz Park, a 46-acre office park whose tenants include ManpowerGroup and Time Warner Cable. He spoke with Stephanie Lecci.
