Intro To Strength Training

The YMCA will have two FREE introdution to Strenght Training classes at noon and 5pm. Learn how to use weights properly.  Learn the best form.  Learn why weight training is important for both men and women.

Classes are at noon and 5pm.

Dress in workout attire, and bring water.
