Start your day with a coed, fitness bootcamp outdoors where you'll be challenged to do your best each and every day.
EMPOWERED Bootcamp programs are based on Military style calisthenics and cardiovascular exercises. Our trainers will keep things lively by integrating push-ups, pull-ups, squats and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance(HITT).
This group will meet Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:15am to 7am
