Multiple Commuting Options Including FREE PARKING
Schlitz Park is conveniently located to both highways and city streets with easy access to numerous public transit routes. We provide surface and structure parking to tenants at suburban parking ratios. We also offer one of the only electric vehicle charging stations in the City of Milwaukee and provide preferred parking for hybrid vehicles. Bike commuters will find safe, secure, state of the art parking for 80 bicycles in nearly a dozen locations, including a sheltered area. Can't bike to work -- no problem. Fitness Centers and Wellness Services
Two new, free tenant-only fitness centers and on-site wellness advisors with extensive programming provided by Salus, Inc. make it easy for tenants to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into their work week -- for free. Click here for a list of free and fee-based wellness services.
We have treadmills,elliptical machines, rowing machines, stair stepper, and recumbent and upright bikes. Several machines are equipped with personal TVs. Centers also include a full complement of resistance equipment and weights, and functional fitness and stretching gear. You'll have private shower areas and a wellness room for nursing moms and others needing a a quiet, discreet space.
The fitness centers are open Monday – Friday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. For initial access, visit Security Office in RiverCenter.
Concierge Services
Schlitz Park is one of the only office complexes in the City of Milwaukee to offer full time, on-site, manned security services. Security officers are available at all times to assist tenants with escort services as well as the occasional car jump start. Staff is on site 24 hours per day for tenants’ assistance.
Indoor and Outdoor Common Areas
Schlitz Park offers tenants an inviting on-campus experience within its buildings and grounds. From the newly upgraded lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, to the seating provided for a bite to eat, break, or meeting space, Schlitz Park is a comfortable, contemporary and convenient workplace.
Campus-Wide Wi-Fi
Schlitz Park is the largest privately-commissioned wi-fi account in Wisconsin, and the only office campus in the city of Milwaukee to offer free wireless internet access to tenants and the public in all common areas inside and outside.
The Milwaukee Riverwalk
The Milwaukee RiverWalk is a paved, lighted pedestrian trail that spans nearly three miles along the Milwaukee River through the heart of the City's Downtown.
