We provide free surface and structure parking to tenants at suburban parking ratios. We also offer one of the only electric vehicle charging stations in the City of Milwaukee, which is free for registered tenants to use, and we provide preferred parking for hybrid vehicles. Schlitz Park has earned national honors as a bicycle friendly workplace. We are a League of American Bicyclists Gold level Bicycle Friendly Business (BFB), the first and only corporate office park in the country to earn such a distinction. Bike commuters will find safe, secure, state of the art parking in nearly a dozen locations, including a sheltered area. Can't bike to work -- no problem. We offer free bike rentals for tenants. Fitness Centers and Wellness Services
Schlitz Park views health and wellness offerings as important amenities that attract and retain tenants, employees and visitors downtown. We have made a continued and substantial investment in amenities that foster tenant health, energy and creativity. These include three free tenant-only fitness centers, a variety of fitness classes led by the Milwaukee Y(YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee), and many wellbeing offerings. We have treadmills,elliptical machines, rowing machines, stair stepper, and recumbent and upright bikes. Several machines are equipped with personal TVs. Centers also include a full complement of resistance equipment and weights, and functional fitness and stretching gear. You'll have private shower areas and a wellness room for nursing moms and others needing a a quiet, discreet space.
The fitness centers are open Monday – Friday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. For initial access, visit Security Office in RiverCenter.
Whether you use our fitness centers,bike rentals, Riverwalk or indoor half mile Health Walk route, there is plenty of opportunity to get moving at Schlitz Park.
Schlitz Park is one of the only office complexes in the City of Milwaukee to offer full time, on-site, manned security services. Security officers are available at all times to assist tenants with escort services as well as the occasional car jump start. Staff is on site 24 hours per day for tenants’ assistance.
Milwaukee's premier workplace concierge service Rocket Services is available to meet your errand needs including alternations, laundry, shoe repair, auto repair and more.
For on-site mailing and shipping needs, we have Fed Ex, UPS and USPS drop off locations throughout the complex. In the RiverCenter, USPS picks up M-F at 2:30 p.m. and 1 p.m., Fed Ex at 5 p.m. M-F and UPS at 7 p.m. M-F. In Bottlehouse B, Fed Ex picks up M-F at 5 p.m. and in the Cherry Street Parking Structure there is a UPS pick-up M-F at 6:45 p.m.
Indoor and Outdoor Common Areas
Schlitz Park offers tenants an inviting on-campus experience within its buildings and grounds. From the newly upgraded lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, to the seating provided for a bite to eat, break, or meeting space, Schlitz Park is a comfortable, contemporary and convenient workplace.
Schlitz Park is the largest privately-commissioned wi-fi account in Wisconsin, and the only office campus in the city of Milwaukee to offer free wireless internet access to tenants and the public in all common areas inside and outside.
The Milwaukee Riverwalk
The Milwaukee RiverWalk is a paved, lighted pedestrian trail that spans nearly three miles along the Milwaukee River through the heart of the City's Downtown. Schlitz Park hosts and sponsors a number of events throughout the year. For example, Thursdays during the summer you'll find a pop-up Farmers Market from Fondy Food Center from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. We have musical performances and outdoor grilling lunchtime a lively affair.
