Coffee With A Conscience
Coffee with A Conscience, a social business initiative of the Wisconsin Womens’ Business Initiative Corporation, is a gourmet coffee stand located in the RiverCenter serving a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages and delectable baked goods. Open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 2 pm.
The Brown Bottle
The famed Brown Bottle restaurant is now open with lunch and happy hour service. The Brown Bottle first opened in 1938 as a meeting place for visitors at the end of brewery tours. The restaurant, located at 221 W. Galena St. on the ground level of Schlitz Park’s recently renovated Stock-House building complex, will initially be open Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Brown Bottle bar also serves classic cocktails and a wide variety of wine and beer including Schlitz. In addition to starting to offer dinner service in December, the Brown Bottle will be available for private social and corporate events. Monday December 1st the Brown Bottle hours expand to Mondays-Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 4 to 10 p.m.
The Brew is conveniently located in the lobby of the Stock-House. The Brew’s barista’s create made to order coffee drinks, smoothies with fresh fruits and vegetables, and fresh juice options. You'll also find grab & go sandwiches, salads, wraps, fresh bakery, fruits, and bottled beverage options. Open Monday through Friday from 7am to 1:30 pm.
