Located in the River North district of Milwaukee along the Milwaukee River, Schlitz Park is at the epicenter of downtown in an area dense with commerce and housing. In the past twenty years, Schlitz Park has led the thriving development of the River North area to over $600,000,000 in improvements and property value increases.

The campus and neighborhood offer virtually every amenity, including first class dining, lodging, entertainment, public transit access, and shopping. Area amenities include:
