Schlitz Park occupies the former Schlitz Brewery in the heart of downtown Milwaukee’s River North neighborhood. Seven buildings occupying 46 acres offer office tenants over 1,000,000 square feet of leasable space overlooking the Milwaukee River with direct access to the Riverwalk.

Schlitz Park is conveniently located to both highways and city streets with easy access to numerous public transit routes. We provide surface and structure parking to tenants at suburban parking ratios. We also offer one of the only electric car plug in stations in the City of Milwaukee and provide preferred parking for hybrid vehicles. Bike commuters will find safe, secure, state of the art parking for 80 bicycles in nearly a dozen locations, including a sheltered area. Indoor and Outdoor Common Areas
In addition to the Riverwalk and attractions of downtown Milwaukee, Schlitz Park offers tenants an inviting on-campus experience within its buildings. From the newly upgraded lobbies, restrooms, and common areas, to the seating provided as mealtime, break, or meeting spaces, Schlitz Park embodies a comfortable and convenient workplace. Plentiful bike racks and a new fitness center planned for completion in 2012 enable tenants to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into their work week.
Concierge Services
Schlitz Park is one of the only office complexes in the City of Milwaukee to offer full time, on-site, manned security services. Security officers are available at all times to assist tenants with escort services as well as the occasional car jump start. Staff is on site 24 hours per day for tenants’ assistance.
Campus-Wide Wi-Fi
Schlitz Park is the largest privately-commissioned wi-fi account in Wisconsin, and the only office campus in the city of Milwaukee to offer free wireless internet access to tenants and the public on-site.
Onsite Dining
Elliott’s Off Broadway, a deli in the Schlitz RiverCenter, is open from 7 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday and provides several hot and cold menu items for lunch and breakfast.
Coffee with A Conscience, a social business initiative of the Wisconsin Womens’ Business Initiative Corporation, is a gourmet coffee stand located in the Schlitz RiverCenter serving a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, and delectable baked goods. Coffee with A Conscience is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 1 pm.
Libiamo, a Schlitz Park restaurant located at 221 W. Galena St. offers Contemporary Italian cuisine and fantastic wines in a relaxed setting. Libiamo is open for dinner services and is an ideal location for client meetings or after-work events.
The Milwaukee Riverwalk
The Milwaukee RiverWalk is a paved, lighted pedestrian trail spanning nearly three miles along the Milwaukee River through the heart of the City's Downtown. Due to the success of the RiverWalk, the Milwaukee River has become the prominent downtown development area with a mix of high-end residential, commercial and recreational uses.
A joint venture between Schlitz Park and the City of Milwaukee has resulted in the construction of the largest contiguous stretch of Riverwalk in the city, connecting the River North district with virtually all of downtown.
The Milwaukee RiverWalk is divided into three distinct sections: the Beerline RiverWalk to the north, the Downtown RiverWalk in the center, and the Third Ward RiverWalk to the south. The RiverWalk also links to the Henry Aaron State Trail and Lakeshore State Park.
